We want you to love every product from PinkWomix.shop, and quality is guaranteed. If there is a print error or visible quality issue with your order, we’ll either replace the item or issue a refund. For any quality concerns, please provide clear photos of the product on a flat, well-lit surface and include these in your email to us at pinkwomix@gmail.com. This will help us resolve your issue quickly.

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept general returns, exchanges, or returns based on sizing.

Order Cancellations

  • Items are made to order especially for you. If you wish to cancel or edit your order, use the link in your confirmation email to change your order before production begins.

  • Once your order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled, but you may be eligible for a replacement depending on the issue.

  • After receiving your order, you have 30 days to report any quality issues.

Donations and Tips

  • Donations and tips are non-cancellable and non-refundable after checkout.

Damaged or Quality Issues

  • For the fastest resolution, provide a photo showing the issue and your order number. Photos should be taken on a flat surface with the product tag and the error clearly displayed.

  • Email these details to pinkwomix@gmail.com.

Refunds Policy

  • Because items are made to order, refunds, returns, or exchanges are only provided for quality-related issues supported by photographic evidence.

  • Orders are non-refundable unless these criteria are met.

Refund Methods

  • PayPal refunds show in your account within 24 business hours.

  • Credit/Debit Card refunds will appear within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Locked Messages, Donations, and Tips

  • These are non-refundable once payment has been completed. If you have an issue accessing a locked message after payment, please contact pinkwomix@gmail.com.

We accept payments by credit/debit card, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and, depending on your location, Klarna/AfterPay and other local payment methods.

International Orders
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs charges, which vary by country. These fees are not calculated in advance and are the responsibility of the customer. For details, contact your local customs office.
